No website ownership
The existing site was built and hosted by a marketing company. Reliable TSI had no admin access, no control over the codebase, and no ability to migrate — the marketing company was taking the site down by December 28, 2025.
Reliable Technology Services needed more than a redesign. They needed to take their website back from a marketing company, modernise a dated WordPress build, and create a lead-generation platform that speaks to DFW business owners in plain language. Here is how we did it.

Transfer DNS and hosting away from the marketing company. Give the client admin access, source code, and a Cloudways account in their name with US-based data centres.
Replace the dated look with clean, contemporary design benchmarked against competitors like IT Goat and Sabre IT — while keeping Reliable TSI's own brand colours and identity.
Proper heading hierarchy, metadata, page structure, and RankMath configuration from day one. Build a foundation that can rank, not just look good.
Plain-language copy that positions the customer as the hero. Inspired by Sabre IT's messaging approach — "we take care of the tech so you can focus on growth."
Integrated HubSpot forms across the site with consistent CTAs. Every page should have a clear path to booking a consultation or submitting an inquiry.
WordPress with Elementor so the client can edit pages, update team photos, and manage content without calling a developer. Full admin access, full independence.

Onboarding Call
November 5, 2025. Anand and Ingrid Stading (Executive Assistant to the CEO). We walked through the full Quixta process — UX research through to deployment and training — and confirmed the scope: a 15-page WordPress redesign with HubSpot and SmileBack integrations, hosted on Cloudways with a US data centre. Ingrid had partially completed the onboarding questionnaire. Key decisions made on this call: Cloudways hosting at roughly $20–28/month (client-owned), original timeline (not fast-tracked), and Quixta to assist with content. The 50% advance invoice was sent November 17 and paid November 21.
Tech Stack
SEO continuity on launch
Every existing URL mapped and 301-redirected before go-live. Domain authority preserved — rankings improved within weeks of launch rather than the months a reset would have required.
Healthcare schema markup
LocalBusiness, MedicalBusiness, and Review schema implemented across all pages. Direct result: 933 additional clicks from Google Review Snippets — a rich result format competitors without structured data can't access.
Mobile performance at 90+
All images in WebP, lazy loading enabled, WP Rocket caching, and Cloudways server-level caching stacked. GTMetrix and PageSpeed audits run before launch. 90+ scores achieved across all tested pages.
Booking widget integration
The Hearlink booking widget integrated with matching visual styling — no off-brand redirect, no friction break between the site and the booking flow.
Google Analytics 4
Traffic, user behaviour, and conversion event tracking
Google Search Console
Search performance monitoring, index coverage, Core Web Vitals
Microsoft Clarity
Session recordings and heatmaps for ongoing UX analysis
Hearlink Booking Widget
Embedded appointment booking system, styled to match the site
GDPR Cookie Consent
ICO-compliant cookie banner and consent management
Live Chat
Patient enquiry chat widget for pre-booking questions

A 40-page custom build at $4,600 in 8 weeks. WordPress's battle-tested ecosystem let us move fast without sacrificing quality. A comparable Next.js build would have added 4–6 weeks and significant cost — not the right trade-off for every client.

Ibrahim and Ajmal update clinic hours, staff bios, and blog posts without touching code or raising a ticket. WordPress's admin panel works from day one — no training, no dependency on Quixta for routine content changes.

Schema markup, GDPR cookie consent, live chat, Google Maps, and Hearlink booking widget — all covered by mature, maintained WordPress solutions. Building this in a headless stack would have been cost-prohibitive.
[04]
No page builder. No theme. Custom PHP templates for every page type — complete control over heading structure, schema injection, canonical tags, and Core Web Vitals. The 42% position improvement was built into the markup from day one.
[05]
Deployed on Cloudways (DigitalOcean), not shared hosting. Server-side caching, WP Rocket, WebP images. Fast, scalable, and the client controls their own hosting account — no lock-in to any proprietary infrastructure.
[06]
On go-live: full source code, admin credentials, all design files, CMS walkthrough. No retainer required to keep the site running. No per-seat licensing. No platform fee that scales with traffic. The site belongs to them — not to any vendor.

Your buyers are CEOs and office managers, not engineers. Terms like "VoIP" and "virtualisation" mean nothing to them. Every service description should answer "what does this mean for my business?" in one sentence.
Phone, form, email, and ticket portal — all visible and accessible. MSP clients expect to reach a human quickly. If it takes more than two clicks to find a phone number, the site has failed.
Team photos, response time guarantees, local presence indicators, and client testimonials should be visible without scrolling. MSP buyers are evaluating whether they can trust you with their business's uptime.
MSPs serve geographic markets. Every page should reinforce the service area — "Frisco," "Dallas–Fort Worth," "DFW" — naturally woven into headings, meta descriptions, and body copy.

Every design decision in this project was grounded in UX research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking. We don't open Figma until we understand who the patient is.
Technical SEO — schema, 301 redirects, URL architecture, on-page optimisation — built into development, not added after. The site ranked within weeks because it was built to rank.
The location page template means Direct Ear Care can open a clinic in Leeds and add a ranking-ready page themselves. The digital infrastructure scales with the business.

Reliable Technology Services was already on WordPress and needed HubSpot and SmileBack integrations. Staying on WordPress eliminated migration risk, preserved plugin compatibility, and gave the client a CMS they could self-manage. The new build used Elementor for visual editing and RankMath for on-page SEO.
